A .apk extension is a file which works with Android Devices. Since it's an android device, it won't normally work with Computers / Laptops. But, there is a way to make it work with a program called "BlueStacks" and it is very famous for what it does. The interface is the same as an Android Phone.

After downloading:-
1. Click the file and Run it
2. It will extract the needed files, and the the installation will start. [This will take some time]
3. After the setup is done, you can open BlueStacks and search for Apps, download from Google and so on
